We offer services online through various platforms such as Skype, FaceTime, and Doxy.me at no extra cost.
While face-to-face sessions are most effective, online sessions are still very effective. A number of clients prefer and enjoy online sessions from their comfort of their own home. All online platforms we offer our services on are free to use and are accessible through computer and phones. To connect with your psychologist through one of the above platforms, please let us know your preference before your appointment.
Alternatively, we also offer phone sessions.
Please note: Only Terry Peacock is providing online sessions at this time. Susan will continue to offer sessions through phone.

How do I connect through Skype?
Skype can be accessed on your computer or phone. To connect through Skype, you will need to log into your account or make a new one. Once you have logged in, go to Contacts, select the Add Contact icon or click in the Search text box, and enter your psychologist's Skype Name. To connect with them, select the Audio or Video button. Your psychologist will accept the call on their end.
Terry's Skype Name: TerryPeacock123
You can also provide us with your email information or Skype name so Terry can contact you.
How do I connect through Doxy.me?
Doxy.me can be accessed on your computer or phone. Before your appointment time, ensure you meet the above requirements and open your web browser. Contact our office to provide your email if you have not already done so. Terry will send you an email with a direct link to your psychologist online waiting room. Once you select the link, you will be requested to enter your name to check in. Once you have checked in, your psychologist will be able to see you in their waiting room. They will connect with you at your appointment time.
At our office, you can complete your session on FaceTime if you have an Apple product. It is preferred to complete your session over video. Ensure we have your correct number. Your psychologist will contact you and once you two have connected, elect the FaceTime option to turn on video call.
Is my information safe?
We do our best to keep your information safe and only provide services through platforms you are comfortable with using. If you are comfortable with and prefer to use Skype, we are able to meet that request. Skype ensures its users that all voice, video, file transfers, and instant messages are encrypted. Please note that Skype requires its users to have an account.
If you do not wish to make an account for your session, Doxy.me is a great alternative as no account is required to connect with your psychologist. Doxy.me is listed as a secure platform by the Psychologists Association of Alberta for psychologists to use. It is HIPAA compliant and does not record any information during sessions.
