Clients can pay privately and claim their fees on the medical section of their income tax. Our psychological services can be reimbursed through either insurance plans or employee benefits plans. You need to inquire about your individual plan with your provider to determine the amount of coverage your plan offers. All employee benefits plans do NOT allow for any direct billing. We will provide you with a receipt that you can send in to be reimbursed.
Payment options include:
If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We would be happy to help find a new appointment time that works for you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a late cancellation.
Clients who miss counselling appointments (late cancellation or do not show for their appointment) are responsible to cover the total cost of their session. However, this fee will be waived in the event of an emergency which can include, but is not limited to, an accident, illness or severe weather.
Assessment Appointment Cancellations When an assessment appointment is missed or cancelled late (with less than 24 hours notice), clients are responsible to pay the total cost of the first hour or 50% of the total session charge, whichever is greater. This is because assessment appointments are typically reserved in large amounts of time.
If you have questions regarding our fees, please contact us for more information.
